    There you are, answered your own question. Every deal is different you'll have to see how the CC Company want to treat the fee and when they want it paid, with or without interest.

    When I last did one, the fee was charged at the purchases rate which, for me, wasn't included in the promotion.

    Have never done a 0% Bank Transfer but would expect the 3% fee would be required to be paid upfront and would NOT become part of the 0% Bank Transfer Amount, but the Card Issuer is the only Company/person who can really answer your question. It depends upon the Terms and Conditions of the Offer of the 0% Bank/Credit Transfers. You will have to look at the "small print" of the Offer, or put the question to the Company.

    If i get a card with 0% BT and 0% purchases does the 3% fee get charged at 0%??
