Let's be more precise. Has BT changed the T&Cs (and the billing cycle) or just changed the billing cycle?
Has anyone else noticed on their latest BT phone bill - they are now taking 2 months line rental - ie) a month in advance - without notifying us of these changes ?
I have always paid by direct debit - so don't believe that BT should do this...
