Yr quotes for best deal include Telewest, 2 for 20, 3 for 30 etc , but NONE of these are available to EXISTING users.
Not very fair, as existing users should be able to have the same options, at least for the loyalty aspect.

Thanks for your email, yes we agree totally that this is not really fair on the part of Telewest but it's a fairly common practice amongst many different industries sadly such as mobile phones, utilities and even financial services.

The only thing I can recommend to existing customers as I did already to someone else on a poor NTL package is to kick up a fuss and threaten to swtich to Sky unless they offer you a better deal.

It worked in the case of Ricky who was offered a much better deal from NTL and £10 a month so try it yourself.
