    When your PP10 expires you can go onto any tariff you want. Prices have changed since you took the PP10 hence the higher costs, however I would recommend assessing your consumption and seeing whether you are more likely to be better off just going onto a standard tariff or another PP tariff. Prices are cheaper at the moment but could take a hike at any time, its just a gamble really!

    Hi,

    Im currently on Price Promise 10 and have been offered PP11 or 12.

    PP 11 is a 5% increase and 12 is a 12% increase.

    Or I can go on to their standard tariff.
