I can see you have very strong opinions about British Gas but with regards to our 'Star Rating' we have to look at the wider picture. After recent events our system has reduced the British Gas 'Star Rating' from 4 to 3, however, the 'Star Rating' is not only down to customer service. We need to look at other aspects of their business including competitiveness, volume of customers, service offerings (i.e. payment methods available to customers) etc.
It is after taking everything into account that our system has set their 'Star Rating' at 3.
