    Do you mean the Home Energy Top Up? If so then we were aware there was some problems with working it on this OS as we had only trialled it on what was existing at the time (windows 7 was not released). All issues should now be fixed but if not call us and explain what errors are coming up

    You will have to explain what the problem is in simple language !!

    What has your Operating System got to do with your Gas account ?

    having problems with key eltric charching up on computer top up my gas works ok iv windows 7 eny one having same problem
