    Hi Awondering,

    Yes you dont have to have your energy supply with British Gas to still have an Homecare400 policy. I myself am with ScottishPower but also have HomeCare 400. They should still be completing the necessary annual services for both your mother in laws gas central heating system and electrical wiring etc.

    My mother in law has a British Gas HOmecare 400 policy but we have just found out that she changed her gas supplier to Hydro Electric in October of last year.

    Can you confirm if this Homecare Agreement will still be able to be used now that she has changed the supplier.
