At the moment I'm looking to improve my broadband service and considering other internet service providers. From articles read and personal experience it appears to me, that most if not all ISP demonstrate poor customer service.

Having experience with Sky TV customer service, where-by, I had to engage the services of the local consumer protection agency to
mediate. I,for one are not suprised at dissappiontment experienced.They will not get a second chance of my business I'll try carrier pigeon first
