The email options will depend on who your service provider is. If you are with O2, for example, you can use an O2, yahoo or hotmail email service from your phone. I would guess that it is £10 for 6Mb worth of internet connection per month but there will be other options for the connection and email services depending which network you use. By the way, 6Mb per month should be sufficient if you just intend checking a few emails and looking at the weather forcast. It's not worth going for the high usage options until you have measured how much data you have used in one month.

I have just bought a Blackberry and am looking at £10 per month for 6Mb of email per month and of course email.

I am now aware of BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) Is there an issue with using another service or indeed just using your own Mail servers?

Please advise
