Started with Talk Talk (phone line plus broadband) about a year ago with no problems. Four weeks ago I started having problems on the phone line that made the phone virtually unusable due to excessive noise and the broadband so unreliable as to be useless. Neither are working at all any more and I have to use work or my neighbour to get on line! I have called them on several occassions on my mobile and usually been kept on hold for up to 20 minutes, contacted them via the so called customeer help and service section on their website, written to their MD, called at the Carphone Warehouse to try and get some help. Guess what.. Nothing has happened at all. No service, no fix to the line, no 'phone, no replies from anyone in spite of absolute promises at pre-arranged times by their call centre staff and managers. So four weeks later what do I have to do? I'm going back to BT and am shopping around for the best deal on broadband and phone calls.
Would recommend in the strongest possible terms that if you are thinking of subscribing to Talk Talk then think very seriously! Their "service" is appaling and non existent, their call centre staff will bull s*** their way out of doing anything and lie if it gets you off the line quicklty. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
