    i only have 4 years left on my mortgage ! i currently have the builders putting a new roof on and need to raise 5,ooo pounds could you please advise me on the best method to go about it ,thank you

    A home improvement loan, perhaps. The "money" tab at the top might help but you ought to make sure that the money will be available before the builders do any more work.
