Look at your spending, ie calls peak off peak,texts,picture etc
check out the blue link above
See what offers are in place elsewhere and then approach your current provider to see what offer are available
If they offers are poor, ask to be transferred to the cancellation team, they will transfer you to a retention team
Tell them what you've seen elsewhere and you're "thinking" of leaving
You'll be suprised what they can do for you,providing bills are paid on time and you are happy to take another 12/18 month deal
