I think so, but having browsed the Virgin site, the only bundled
internet and phone (at 20 quid) is limited to relatively low speed 2mb
line. I could take the phone and internet seperate, but that would be
nearly 40 quid per month, it seems.

Can you get Virgin (NTL) broadband in the flat?

Hello. FIrst off, I hate myself for asking this question, as there
are hundreds if not thousands of other people asking the same thing.
But I am confused by all the reviews. The moment I find one good offer
(i.e. Tiscali; 19.99 per month) I find hundreds of bad reviews for it.

live in area code BH12 1BW, and my flat I beleive has a BT line going
to it, but of course no number as I just moved in. I am looking for no
download limits, good speed (8mb would be nice, though I understand it
is pretty much impossible to get anywhere near that speed), and some
sort of deal on phone calls aswell, such as free evening to landline
and free line rental. My girlfriend and I both have laptops with
wireless cards, so we'd quite like wireless access, although it may be
cheaper to just get an "aftermarket" wireless router, I suppose.

 

So what is suggested? We of course want the cheapest one we can find that covers all the above...

 

Any help sorting through the reviews would be appreciated!
