    Even though they do not set a legal precedent, two county court judgments have found in favour of banks’ right to levy hefty charges on unauthorized overdrafts. Does this make you:

    • Less willing to claim back your bank charges as you might lose (16.7%)
    • More determined to stand up against the banks’ bullying (50%)
    • More likely to wait and see if there is a definitive judgment one way or the other (5.6%)
