Hi,

Since I submitted my claim to my bank for the unfair bank charges applied to my account, I have had a couple of new charges due to a tight couple of months. Please can someone tell me whether or not I need to update my claim by sending them an additional letter, or will they do the calculations themselves once this mess is finally sorted?
