Can anyone advise of how to choose a backpackers insurance policy please? Going to Canada/USA, South America, Fiji New Zealand and Australia for 12 months, also hopefully working in Oz as a nurse during this time. Have seen some policies around £200 and some for £16 + so am confused but tempted by the cheaper ones. Thanks. GoNow.
