    Aviva reattribution

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I wondered if anyone has any views on whether or not to accept the Aviva reattribution offer which has FINALLY come out. The amount is ludicrous after all the waiting, although I know that the market has changed since the idea was first mooted. However, I wondered whether it is a good idea to accept it and forego any future rights or whether, as it is a small amount, it is wiser to hang on to these rights.

Grateful for any information or opinions.

I have just had chance to listen to the programme, thank you, and am still quite confused as to which way to vote. One of my points is what happens to the money 'left in the pot' that isn't paid out to the policy holders who vote NO? Does this go to the Aviva pot and is that legal?
