I think you should stay well away from them, there are much better companys out there such as G Pennington, which will really look after you and provide a much better service at a much less cost for your self.

They are not a good company unprofessional and to be quite honest i would call the tin pot.

Client payments are not sent on time, encurring late payments charges all the time for clients.

To be quite honest the list could go on, i dont think you will find too many positive things being said about this company and you really could do much better.

Re: are byrom and keeley ok

Hi, I deal with Byrom and Keeley. Their intentions sounded good at first, however they have failed to freeze the interest of my creditors, therefore I am paying two lots of interest, one lot to the creditors, and 17.5% to Byrom and Keeley. I also had to pay an initial fee. Also, they have failed to pay my creditors on time which is giving me a bad credit report!. I am trying to depart with them but also regain the excessive charges placed upon me. If anyone has any advice how to do this I would be most grateful. They are contributing to my debt, not helping!

they took £500 off me and didnt pay anything out to my creditors or indeed contact them to discuss my situation or help me in anyway i ended deeper in problems than when i started and i have been trying to reclaim the money i paid to them since last july. they dont respond to letters or phone enquiries so i have passed my concerns onto the financial ombudsman.

Hi --- Never heard mention of them on here good or bad, but I would urge you to look at the free independant charitable professional organisations first, if you are considering entering a plan, all your payments will go towards paying your debts off that way, instead of a private company hacking off a very tidy amount by way of fees or commission.

Such places are either your local Citizens advice, UK Insolvency helpline, CCCS (consumer credit counselling service) links below respectively.
