    I'm surprised that they said this if you are staying with Virgin. The email address is often used to both persuade people to stay with the same company and to get free advertising. Personally I bought my own dot com domain so I can easily change the service and keep the same email address.

    Moving house so contacted Virgin to transfer phone and broadband. Was told I hav e to change email address that I've had for 18 years. Not a happy bunny. Therefore changing to Sky. Any experience or advice welcomed.
