Albion Albion the cylinder people, economy 7 cylinder, fitted with sacrificial anode

I have Albion the cylinder people, economy 7 cylinder, fitted with sacrificial anode (all electric). Yesterday evening I noticed the water was only slightly warm. NOT HOT. Then I noticed that the circuit breaker for water heater had tripped, I corrected that yesterday night.
But since then the water is only slightly warm.
Any idea what could be wrong? Is it that I am getting all stored warm water. Two electric cables come out of the cylinder. Each one enters a wall socket. Small red light lights up on one of the sockets. The LED on second socket is NOT ON. (I don't remember whether it was OFF when the water heater was working fine.)
Is it that since this model uses mainly night time electricity it will take a couple of nights to heat the water properly.
    The water pressure is good.
    Can someone give suggestion, please.
    Thank you in advance

If you reset the trip last last (no idea of excact time here) its possible due to the E7 timings it hasn't had sufficicent time to heat the water. However if you reset the trip before midnight it should be sufficient. It's possible there is a fault with the appliance that caused the tripswitch to activate and this could esplain the lack of hot water.

Try turning the switch on and see what happens. If its faulty it'll only activate the tripswitch again, if its working normally the water might heat up, as I "think" that that switch is the on/off for the heating cylinder. (i'm working from memory here as the only personal contact i've had with e7 heating is a firends flat several years ago)
