    Re: Adverse or not?

    Hi,

There are some lenders that don't credit score so things may not be as serious as you think. If you see a broker they will be able to check initially how you stand with the High Street and if there are problems he/she will be able to slide slightly down the scale to an appropriate lender, without unnecessary credit searches.

    Adverse or not?

Would love to go for my first mortgage, only thing is i have a low credit score.  I do not currently have any ccj's or defaults, just some late payments going back years which still appear on my credit file.

Do i need to apply for an adverse credit mortgage or try for normal first time buyer?
