Re: Adverse credit and need a mortgage

Hi...the problem is the high loan to value. You are at up to 90% at the moment and the products are limited with the adverse stated I'm afraid. I would advise a meeting with a independent fees free broker just to check where you would be placed, but my opinion would be that you would be looking at over 9% with the market as it is today. Who is your lender now and what rate will you be going on to, also are you on repayment or interest only??

Adverse credit 1 ccj (satisfied well over a month ago). Missed one mortgage payment within the last year. Various other defaults

Adverse credit and need a mortgage

We have adverse credit and need to re-mortgage. We also need it to be a self certified mortgage as my husband is self employed, Does anyone know of a bank who would accommodate?
