    They closed my account and their still charging me. What do I have to do to get rid of these guys?

    Waited 10 mins on the phone, gonna have to go to the branch. £25 and it costs abbey nothing. Scandalas. I paid on time every month.

    I don't understand what is outstanding. If you agreed to pay it off over 6 months and have now made the last payment, I would expect the debt to now be cleared. If you have kept to your side of the agreement, you should contact Abbey, explain this to them and ask them to reverse the £25 charge (and any other charges that this has caused).

    I would guess that they added some charges before the debt was passed to the debt agency but these should have been included in whatever you have been paying off over the last 6 months.

    My overdraft was passed to a debt agency, we agreed to pay over 6 months and I made my last payment last month.

    The bank statement arrived today and their charging me £25 for unauthorised overdraft/instant overdraft monthly fee. Its the 1st time the've chaged me over the 6 months.

    What can I do about it? Because theres no way I'm paying it.
