cashback rewards should always show up on your statements.

I took out an abbey credit card in Feb 09 after learning from moneysupermarket.com that it was offering 3% cashback on fuel and groceries for the first 6 months.

Since using the card and spending the necessary amount on fuel and groceries each month I am concerned that this offer may not be active, despite my initial confirmation over the phone in receiving it.

There is no evidence f this offer in the details or in my statement and I cannot find any evidence on their website, can you help?
