    The one were getting is for first time buyers, I dont know what they offer home movers.Aren't Nationwide meant to be good for home movers?

    You dont have to have your bank account with the Clydesdale to take their mortgage.

    Do you know if the mortgage is for first time buyers only or is it open to home movers? Do you have to have your bank accounts with them as well.

    Hi, the Clydesdale Bank are doing 95% - you have to go into the branch and ask about them though. Me and my boyfriend got a 95% mortgage agreed in May and actually got an offer accepted on a house this morning! We will be celebrating tonight!

    I'm sure I read in my local paper that the Nottingham Building society are doing 95% mortgages!

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know of anyone doing 95% mortgages? Me and my partner have seen a house we both really like and would like to get the ball rolling. We both have money for a deposit on the house which is £55K
