    This can change from week to week, day to day, even hour to hour at the moment as the products change. Honestly, your best bet is to find a trustworthy (ask for recommendations from work colleagues, friends, family, neighbours etc) independent mortgage advisor, and get them to do the legwork for you - they have an across-the-market knowledge and access to info the general public does not.

    Can anyone recommend a Mortgage company who deal in High Adverse credit history but don't charge you large arrangement fees ?
