You will find it cheaper than £3,500 and you will find that TPO cover is almost redundant so you should opt for TPFT as the cheapest option, or Fully Comp if the value is over £5000.

i am a 17 year old male i passed my test in june 08 and am 18 in feb 09 at the time of this post i have had my license for 4 months. i own a 2002 5 door fiat punto 1.2 the chepest insurance quote ive got is £3,500 which is ridiculous as it was for third party only. no one else drives in my family so i have no adult with a no claims to go on. th max i can afford for insurance is £2,500 and thats pushing it i live in the centre of london and im a student.
