Are you serious woody21? You really think there are any banks/building societies out there who will risk their shareholders/customers cash on 100% mortgages?

You can't find any, because there are none! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Incidentally, you have been paying rent to keep a roof over you and your wife's head, not to pay someone else's mortgage. It's completely pointless to get angry and bitter at property developers/speculators - since they are the very people providing homes.

    Hi guys,

have any of you seen 100% mortgage deals currently? I have been renting houses with my wife for nearly 4years now and getting a bit fed up of throwing money away paying someone else's mortgage. With the credit crunch and us now owning a fair share of the banks I thought 100% ltv and good rates would have been flooding the market.
A work colleague of mine said he saw one with Alliance & Leciester but I have yet to find anything.
