    I totaly agree with Polar!

They are just chancing their luck! Do not do anything and dont waste time worrying about this. Let them come to your door if needs be as they really do not have a leg to stand on and they know this!

    10 year debt

hi to anyone who reads this post, my husband has just received a letter from a debt company for an outstanding debt for £375.16, for a three piece suite from 1997 when he was with his previous partner, i have read in a few posts that after 6 years you can't be chased for a debt, does this apply if you moved from your original address, my husband has never been contacted before over this debt

thanks for any help and advice debbie
