I don't think you'll find one - it was either a misprint or an error if you did see one the other week.

Because so many of us change everytime our 0% run's out, the balance transfer fee is the only way the banks are guaranteed to make some money from us!

Balance transfer fees do vary, so if you are trying to save on the balance transfer fee look for the lowest %. - around 2.5%.

    Happy hunting.

Have a look at the Capital One Card - the balance transfer is 1.7% on one of the exclusive cards

    Yeah you wont get those.

If i were hunting for a card to consolidate others i would go for the lowest APR i could find on a Life of Balance offer. People get too hung up on 0% these days imo.

Yes Ulster Bank do a % Balance Transfer with no fee for 6 months. They are very efficient and handle the application very quickly.

    regards

The Abbey Zero is also advertised as having no BT fee, as well as the Ulster Gold card.

Re: 0% Bt with no fee???

Abbey Zero have recently reduced their 0% transfer period from 12 to 6 months, but still have the 0% transfer fee.

I missed the 12 month deal but my wife go it a few months ago. She did have trouble with the application process though, very frustratingly and rather concerningy, they 'lost' her details for a few weeks and them found them twice. Whole application process from online app form to recieving the card took 8-9 weeks. This included numerous phone calls and cancelling one of the 'duplicated' applications.

I'm considering it but as it's now only 6 months may try the Ulster card instead.

    HB.
