This year however they seem to taking a lot longer before paying out my claim, but they are still paying out. Phones2udirect are the opposite i sent my first claim after 6 months and within correct timeframe along with all the correct documents. I sent them recorded delivery but they do not reply. I have just completed the the forms from the small claims court and will be submitting them on friday. Advice do not deal with this company
