this car deal under question should have been set up such that the value of the car under-pinned the loan..........clearly ycc have got their maths wrong I suspect and there is a shortfall deficit.....................well tough, that's their fault.....................they AGREED the deal


I suggest the borrower does seek proper advice and seeks action against ycc
