Hi

I'm currently with Freedom2Surf on their 8MB ADSL Max product. I usually only get download speeds of 3-4MB. Would switching to an LLU such as Be Unlimited make a difference to the download speeds I could expect? Would I see speeds of around 10MB just by virtue of changing suppliers and "using" their equipment in the exchanges?
