RED ARMY it seems with every post the division of responsibility changes. First you were completely blamesless and then you were 20% responsible and in your last outing 30% responsible? I'm sorry but when you facts keep changing you your lose credibility rather quickly.

I would continue to offer advice, suggestions and insight but it has become clear that you seek none of these but rather a podium upon which to stand and complain about how your supplier is treating you so badly despite numerous opportunities provided by them to alter the situation, and advice from people in the know.

I wish you good luck in your endeavour - but i don't think screaming in the wind ever solved anything. Feel free to prove me wrong however.
