the company already admitted it was their fault doesnt mean i will ever forgive them for the crap they caused and could have caused.

they said the way they reviewed accounts wasnt upto industry standard,recorded phone call proves that.

ive already got my bill practically in credit now because they saw sense.

You cant tell someone its down to their usuage when you dont live with them,ive more useless energy saving lightbulbs than i have light fittings,they are the BIGGEST CON going.

I use 30degree wash instead of 40degree,i also dont leave stuff on standby like most,on top of all the others i wont mention there isnt more much i can do,ive got all the usual way of saving money covered.

Problem is its never enuf
