Didn't you already state that they are reviewed on a 12 month basis? So long as they keep doing this then your supplier is maintaining their repsonsibility with regards to your direct debit. As i said before if you don't think the figures are right ask for a review.

You may beleive your supplier is at fault in this regard, IF they are you are just as much responsible for the situation.
