Try this.

Click Start
Run
Type cmd and press enter.

A Black Window will appear.

Type ping google.com and press enter.

If it says unreachable or timed out then its likely your connection is down and you should ring your supplier and report it.

If you get responses then it might be a problem with Internet Explorer.
