Once the department has collected the car you can contact the local office asking for this to be put on a personal loan at a reduced payment ( this is normaly depending on how long you want to pay ). If they refuse to help you in this way then refuse to pay them and wait till it goes to the LMB department ( dont worry this will not get you a default and the local branch only keep the account for approx 60 days arrears ).

Once at the LMB department they will look to combine both the Personal Loan and the remaining liability from VT ( they are target to get you to pay this loan and transfer back to the Operational side of the buisness ).

If you are unsure if this is what you want to do then I would suggets that you call the Head Office, Cattles PLC Ruddington Fields Nottingham. once there you want to speak with the complaints department and tell them what has happened, In the past they would have re routed you to the branch but recently this has changed and all complaints are dealt with through Head Office.

If you decide not to continue with the VT, the above can still be actioned in the same way. You will probably be best speaking to the complaints department.

Not all branches at WFS act in this manner and you will find that alot of them realy do want to help you, as this in return gets them bonus
