Hi every1!

I'm looking for some advice and experiences from any1 who's had experiences with or knows of welcome finance!!!

I got a car on hire purchase 3 years ago Welcome financed my purchase.

A year ago in july they reposessed the car as i could not keep up the payments of £224 as i wasn't working any more and was mis sold the PPI!!!

I hadn't heard anything from them untill April 2008 when they offered to give me a loan of £15000 to clear my outstanding debt of 8500!!!

This i couldn't understand cause i didnt want to get any deeper in debt it sounded good but it all sounded like so much i asked them why i had to pay the full outstanding amount anyway as the car was reposessed and probably sold so shouldn't they be taking some money off!!!????

The guy on the phone just wanted me to take the loan out!!!!

And when i said i didn't agree he started talking about attaching it to my earnings which i'm sure they can't do without taking me to court and even then it's usually government debts isn't it!?????

Also i i hadn't paid over two years yet!!!!!!!

So pls you can see i'm in a pickle they haven't defaulted me for it either on my credit file it say's i've only missed 2 payments but it's really messing up my credit score and i want to sort it out now as i have a good job and a need a loan to sort out some other stuff!!!!!!

If any1 could make any suggestion or ideas as to how i deal with welcome pls all comments will be much appreciated!!
