I work for a bank that uses SMS to deliver its card so i've heard lots of stories about cards not being delivered or calling cards not left. Of course what i dont hear are the stories about cards being delivered promptly because why would I. People only call to complain not to say thanks.

For all their faults im pretty sure they arent a "front" for any other type of business.
