    Still no broadband access. After waiting on  a queue for at least 20mins, an advisor suggested that I called the number again with another set of options - doing this, I was again in a queue.

     Finnaly an advisor talked me through my moden settings - which were correct.

    Tried connecting via USB modem settings - no success

    Tried connecting via LAN modem settings - no success

    Overall  I spent more than queuing/on hold  than talking to an advisor.

    I believe my telephone line was still not activated for Broadband, so an e-mail was again sent (received email earlier stating that I had broadband activation), stating the problem - this was return with an undelivered error message.

     I am only to believe that my activation will be laterthis month, and that the dates given, must only be a way of generating income by having to ring a premium number.
