    Vodaphone - mobile broadband - customer service not responding

    I bought a Vodaphone broadband dongle on a rolling 30 day contract. I subsequently cancelled by letter some 3/4 months later. I got thankyou and goodbye letter.

    sales team rang me and offered same service at one third of price (nothing for six months followed by £15 per month for six months). I accepted.

    short time later dongle fails to function and I get bill for £140 for early cancellation of contract.?

    all phone calls are at a premium rate - one guy admitted it was cancelled in error! - representatives cannot solve problem - email system involves charming people who cannot help (saying charge for early cancellation - but I dont have that sort of contract!!!)

    Now email system representatives not replyng to me - pleading or veiled threats of litigation yielding no results.

    Where should I go next please?
