govindsa:With this in mind I have refunded all charges on your account that are outstanding. I have also refunded the £58.13 that was debited from your bank and requested that this be returned to your bank accounts. This can take up to 14days to process.

I'm sorry for the confusion here.
As per the email you don't need to worry about DLC any longer as Wayne (who is part of my team) has already credited the charges to you and let them know about the changes and so this contact will now stop.
