    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I am unable to provide my personal email address for security reasons. The Contact Us form on the Vodafone website guarantees security when you are sending your details.

    In the first instance if you can send us your details with FIT135 and a link to this thread then we will be able to investigate for you.
