hi, I have had a hoover cylinder bagless the space saver pet one and the motor is burning out... I was just curious if you got anything from hoover for this?

I am sick of 12 months warranties and goods not being fit for purpose. I am trying to find out a contact to write to at Hoover customer complaints as I find contact details or an email work better... I would go the small claims route but not worth it for the cost of the hoover (about £79 ish)..... so far this year the road angel packed up (£250 worth of equipment) and beyond repair and now the hoover, oh and the boyfriends camera is playing up... these electronics are supposed to last longer than 18 months.... no wonder we are a throw away society no-one makes anything that lasts anymore (sorry sound like an old fart at 35)

Any advice welcome.
