 What absolute hogwash!!  The Utility Warehouse are a PLC trading on the London Stock Exchange. Do you think that they would indulge in anything as illegal as Pyramid selling??  As for offices, they are based in North London and if you care to check out the background of the CEO and the management structure you will find they are totally ethical.
