My friends live abroad and i am able to call their house landlines using this uk mobile access number. It allows me to call lots of countries. My Friends here use it for China and USA. It is a mobile number in UK and if i ring it, it gives me access. I have just been told of another one that works also. I pass on this info as it saves money for me. I have been told only on 02 is it included. Try and see call it works for lots of countries they have told me :
