Don't use Credit Card other than for a one-off payment. If you set up a regular payment by CC you can't cancel payments. Safer to let them set up another DD arrangement and demand repayment from your bank for any mistakes. The bank cannot refuse - they have to get the money back from Pipex themselves.

You can demand your bank to repay any money already taken in error . Branch staff might argue but the DD rules are strict.
