    i'm really saorry to get peoples back up that is not what i was trying to do. i just though if maybe you knew more about the mentality of the people your talking to it might help you get further i really didn't mean to aggrevate you. i understand you are all unahappy which is why i'm here i want to help where i can
    i just wanted you to see that you feel bad coz of the way you've been treated but do you honestly think a company that treats it's customers, the very ppl it needs to exist, the way it treats you all actually treats it's staff any better. we see your complaints we try to help our attmpts are twarted constantly which makes us angry then to make it worse we get some one we want to help on the other end of a phone line who is equaly unhappy about it as we are.
