    Can i just say yellow cake that your attitude is not very nice. i must insist that you do not come accross with this attitude when speaking to agents on the phone. this is not an order more a suggestion i can tell you now as soon as someone comes on the phone with any form of attitude an agents barriers instantly go up and they will reflect back with a similar attitude.
    couple of things that get agents riled up

    1.you better do something for me now, i pay your wages ...... paying agents wages does not give you the right to treat them poorly just as you would not expect verbal abuse coz you are a customer agents are employed to deal with calls not abuse.

    2. i'm not yelling at you but !"@#$%^&^*(!@#$......agents left thinking you've just said your not yelling at me and yet what are you doing errrr yelling at me

    3.pls don't try and confuse agents by changing you story this will never benfit you

    4.complaining about the 0870 or 0845 number......do you know how many times a day this is mentioned? we are well aware you don't like it but we can't change it

    5.customers from pipex ringing homecall and vice versa then stayingon the phone for 10 minutes arguing with the agent how useless they are coz they cant help.......it is not that agents fault that you have been supplied with the wrong number simply ask for the correct one and thank them for their time

    6.Folks REMEMBER the nicer you are to agent the more they want to help you an agent speaking to a nice friendly cusotmer will want to do absoloutly anything to help them whereas being nasty makes them just want to get rid of you

    i can't count the number of times i have been verbally abused by people who don't know me, or the amount of times i have been reduced to tears. i worked this job because i have a child and a mortgage and the money pays my bills.
    The agents that work there are mostly honest ppl like yourselves just tryying to support themselves and families.

    with regards to getting through faster if you call sales: as you have probably noticed most companies have different departments that deal with different enquiries customer care deal with everything where as sales deal mainly with sales therefore customer care are busy compared to sales but we work hard to handle enquires as quickly and efficiently as possible it's not our fault that you have to wait in a que pls don't shout at the agent on the end of the phone.

    i am going to look into how those of you who are suffereing problems with the bb services can get your issues resolved as quickly as possible. i notice many of you mentioning the regulator ofcom but if your really suffereing try the omburdsman ...ottelo!
    Also more staff are being recruited to help reduce your wating times all the time so please continue to be patient we will be with you as soon as humanly possible
